Due to Covid-19 and other health reasons Liv's Lifestyle does not accept any returns of items. All sales are finalized at purchase. No exceptions.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will accept exchanges of orders if the order has been fulfilled incorrectly. Please contact @Livslifestylellc within 24 hours after delivery so we can correct any errors as soon as possible.


With this said every situation is unique, so the team will be reviewing the order number if this takes place. Please send in photos of the incorrect items received, your name, & order number.

ALL exchanges must be in original packaging with tags, new, unused and not in a altered state/condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. It could take up to two to three weeks to process a new exchange order. If the team approves a refund request, it will be in the form of a store credit only. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the exchange is accepted, make a separate purchase with in-store credits for the new item.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically redeeming your store credit within 5 business days after we receive your incorrect item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged whatsoever, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or exchange your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
